Job Bank for Employers
Set up or fix your Job Bank for Employers account, add EBBI as an authorized user, and post recruitment ads that meet ESDC expectations — often before an LMIA application.
Employer service — Atty. George M. Garvida reviews recruitment strategy; EBBI does not submit LMIA or Job Bank filings without your authorization.
What This Service Covers
Most LMIA applications require proof that the employer advertised the position to Canadians and permanent residents, including use of the Job Bank advertising system where applicable. EBBI helps your business open or recover a Job Bank for Employers account, add our firm as an authorized user (with your approval), and draft compliant job postings with accurate NOC, wage, location, and duties.
This is not an LMIA approval and not a guarantee of recruitment success. Fees for LMIA processing are set by ESDC/IRCC on canada.ca — see the official fee pages before filing. We prepare and review; you or your signing authority authorizes submission.
What we collect in intake
- Business legal name, CRA business number (BN), and principal business address
- Name and contact of the signing authority for Job Bank and recruitment
- Position title(s), NOC 2021 code, wage, work location, and number of workers sought
- Whether Job Bank advertising is already complete or still needed
- Business registration documents and prior recruitment (if any)
