Without an Old NBI Clearance from 2014 or later, EBBI cannot process your NBI Clearance application remotely. NBI requires fresh fingerprints for applicants without a prior clearance on file, and fingerprints can only be taken in person — they cannot be submitted by mail, email, or through a representative.

You have two options to get fingerprinted in person in Canada:

• Philippine Consulate General, Toronto — 7th Floor, 160 Eglinton Ave. East, Toronto, ON M4P 3B5. They can take your fingerprints directly and issue NBI Form No. 5 the same day. Check their website for current appointment requirements.
• RCMP or an RCMP-accredited fingerprinting office near you — bring the completed NBI Form No. 5 (available from the Consulate), have your fingerprints taken, and request the officer's business card/calling card, which must be submitted along with your form.

Once you have your fingerprints taken through either option above and receive your NBI Clearance, you may then return and use EBBI's services for any future NBI Clearance renewal, since at that point you will have a clearance from 2014 or later on file.

You may still submit this form now if you'd like EBBI to keep your information on file or discuss your situation, but please understand we cannot begin NBI processing until a valid Old NBI Clearance is provided.
