How officers read photos and a relationship story:
Identity (passport-style) photos are a separate IMM 5533 item. Extra relationship photos apply only if you cannot answer yes to all four questions below.
When extra photos apply: maximum 20 photographs, taken at different times and places, plus a separate caption sheet (date, location, occasion, who is in it). Online formats: JPG, JPEG, or PDF.
If you do not live together: maximum 10 pages of contact proof, plus visit proof or an explanation in IMM 5532 Part C question 4.
A “love story” letter is not a mandatory IRCC form — IMM 5532 is. Write dates, places, and full names in your own words. Do not copy a template.

Cover how you met, how you started dating, milestones, life today, and plans in Canada. Both people should be able to tell the same dates if asked separately. Do not copy a template.
