How officers read a relationship story: Use dates, places, and full names. The sponsor and the partner must be able to tell the same facts if asked separately. Match each important claim to a document. If you have no visits, no joint lease, or a short courtship, write the true reason. Do not copy a template letter or invent facts. Official lists: IMM 5532 (Relationship Information) and IMM 5533 (document checklist) on Canada.ca. Write dates as Day / Month / Year. Where a question does not apply, write N/A.
